- Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost. Please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.
Non-Eligible Returns and Replacements
- Customized Products: Products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned or replaced.
- Used or Damaged Products: Products that have been used or damaged by the customer cannot be returned or replaced.
- Items Beyond the Return Window: Returns and replacements are only accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Process

- Provide Details: Provide your order number, the reason for the return or replacement, and any relevant photos or documentation.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization number (RA number) if the return or replacement is eligible.
- Packaging and Shipping: Package the product securely in its original packaging, along with the RA number. Ship the product back to us at the address provided by our customer support team.
- Verification and Replacement: Upon receipt of the returned product, our team will inspect it thoroughly, including reviewing any provided photos or videos. If the product is found to be damaged or defective due to our error, we will process the replacement.
